I recently had the opportunity to travel to South Africa for what truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed with Africa Maximum Safaris outside of Johannesburg, where we spent our days hunting with both rifles and cameras while taking in the incredible landscape and wildlife. The accommodations, meals, and staff were exceptional and made the experience even more memorable.

While there, I also visited the Bothongo Rhino & Lion Nature Reserve and the Cradle of Humankind, both of which were unforgettable to see in person.

A huge thank you to the friends and neighbors who helped take care of the horses and barn cats while I was away, and to Storm Castle Canine for taking such great care of the dogs. It is always appreciated and made it possible for me to enjoy the trip knowing everything at home was in good hands.
