I’ve taken a lot of closing day photos over the years, but this was a first!

Most folks like to take a pic at closing, and some in front of their new home. This fun loving guy wanted to celebrate by climbing up on the roof! 🏠😄

I have to admit, it made for one of the most memorable closing photos I’ve ever taken.

More importantly, it was a pleasure helping him through the home-buying process. Working with great people is one of the things I enjoy most about this business, and I’m excited to see him make this house his home.
