-Responsibilities for Real Estate Agent:

1. Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.

2. Take clients on home tours and attend open houses.

3. Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.

4. Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.

5. Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.

6. Maintain and update listings of your available properties.

7. Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.

-Qualifications for Real Estate Agent.

1. Valid Real Estate License in the relevant state or the ability to obtain one quickly
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

2. Ability to understand and present contracts.

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business.

4. Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.

5. Tech savvy with social media and computer applications.

6. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills!

7. Willingness to seek continued education.
