We do not have anything available just to save everyone time. We are located in extreme Southeastern Alabama on the Florida/Alabama line. There is no need to contact us. We have not had a vacancy in over three years. We are extremely blessed we can only say "We do not have anything available" but so many times. So please understand that we are not answering anymore personal messages. We wanted to make this post to help everyone know that we are full. Martin Trailer Park is located on 55 acres just west of Enterprise, Al.. Thousands of great families have lived in this trailer park since the1960s. We appreciate your business and we look forward to serving future generations.

Started in 1965 by owner Glyn Martin. He still oversees all operations today. Martin Trailer Park has served military personnel, student athletes of the local college and many hard working families. There have even been a few unsupervised field parties on the property in the 1980s. We don't know about all the details. But we do know trailers....
