Our knowledge and experience of land has helped us to grow into a company of over 40 professional agents that have handled real estate brokerage sales in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Joe is the Qualifying Broker for Tutt Land Company. He and his wife Luca live in Coffee County, Alabama near the city of Enterprise. He has a farm there where he and his four sons love to hunt deer and turkey as they manage their timber and wildlife habitat. Joe graduated from the University of Florida in 1984. Following a 22-year career as an Army helicopter pilot, with assignments across the United States and overseas, he retired back to the Wiregrass area in 2007. After five years in executive management as a Department of Defense contractor, Joe followed a calling to pursue his passion for the outdoors and joined Tutt Land Company in 2012 as a Land Specialist, with a focus on southeast Alabama. A lifelong hunter and an avid outdoorsman, he feels fortunate to lead the outstanding team of professionals at Tutt Land Company. He is licensed as a Broker in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee. Joe has achieved the designation of Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute, served as the President of the Alabama Chapter of RLI in 2019, and continues to serve RLI at the national level on the Chapter Leadership Committee. Joe’s primary goal is to ensure all Tutt Land Company agents are fully prepared to help others experience the personal and financial rewards of land ownership.
