Progress update!

The first 2 pictures are more recent shots of one our streets in the park. This street is where our new homes will be going.

The other 21 pictures is of all the junk we’ve spent the last year hauling off. Our staff has put their blood, sweat, and tears into this project.

We’re excited to share a sneak peek at the new homes coming to Oak View Landing!

Our community is growing, and we’re thrilled to offer high-quality, affordable homes for new residents.

These homes will be available for rent or purchase, and we offer flexible financing with credit scores starting at 580. Trade-ins are welcome as well.

It's been a long year of tearing down old homes, repairing septic systems, cleaning up trash, bidding on materials, cutting trees, dealing with equipment failures, etc.

We have learned a lot throughout this journey. Attached are photos of our first two units that we have fully remodeled and encompass the direction we are trying to head towards as we continue to renovate the property.

As 2025 comes to a close, we are excited to announce that orders have been placed for NEW homes. These new homes will be availabile to rent or purchase in the coming weeks.
