Reading reviews like this is one of the best parts of the job.

We spend a lot of time trying to make Oak View Landing a community—not just another place to rent. Seeing our residents notice those efforts makes all the long days worth it.

Thank you, Breanah, for the kind words and for trusting us with your family’s home. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Before and after pictures of our latest acquisition. This home arrived on June 30th. A prospective tenant toured it the next day and said I’ll take it.

We got the home anchored, state inspected, utilities hooked up, a/c installed, porches built, light remodel to the interior in record time thanks to our crew and subs.

Prospect was sent photos and updated throughout the entire process. They pick their keys up in the morning.

Less than 30 days with triple digit heat index!

🏡 From First Showing to Move-In in Less Than 48 Hours!

This young couple toured one of our homes on Monday and had keys in hand by Tuesday afternoon!

As first-time renters, they wanted a smooth and fast move-in process—and we're glad we could deliver.

Thank you for the wonderful review and welcome to Oak View Landing! 🏡❤️

Big shoutout to our crew for all the hard work going into improving the park. From setting homes, building porches, laying sod, cleanup, and everything in between. These guys have been putting in the hours to make this community something we can all be proud of.

Not everyone is pictured here, but the team members behind the scenes deserve just as much credit. We appreciate every single person helping make the progress happen day by day.

Progress update!

The first 2 pictures are more recent shots of one our streets in the park. This street is where our new homes will be going.

The other 21 pictures is of all the junk we’ve spent the last year hauling off. Our staff has put their blood, sweat, and tears into this project.

This rain is almost out of here. Stay tuned for more progress updates.
