🏡 Have you heard about the new NWMLS First Look option?

Northwest MLS has introduced First Look, giving sellers another way to introduce their home to the market before it goes fully Active.

In this video, I break down what First Look is, how the up to 21-day period works, and why it may give sellers more flexibility with timing, showings, marketing, and the overall launch strategy.

⏱️ One of the biggest benefits? The time spent in First Look does not count toward Active Days on Market, which can be helpful if you’re still finishing staging, photography, repairs, or other final details.

🔑 Sellers can also decide whether to allow showings during First Look and how broadly the property is marketed online.

👀 Buyers need to pay attention too, because some First Look homes may not appear on the public home-search sites you normally use.
