Had a wonderful with the family last week. Visited and stayed at the house right on Such beautiful views, lots of wildlife and an amazing hot tub too. We are already planning on going again next year;the house was amazing!

SERIOUS 🧐 question here: Is this possible on LVT flooring? I know a lot of LVT has texture too it; I MUST know before putting it in my house! This most def IS a deal breaker if I can’t🤔

Flying home from a Real Estate conference in Austin TX this morning. Took off at 6:20am and landed in Seattle at 8:45am. Went from sunshine to slushie snow at home. I sure did learn a lot and had meet a bunch of awesome women from and her amazing program.

Maybe with a different backsplash and a different color on the upper cabinets, this might look better. Either way, this sitting for sale for 415 days doesn’t seem like a market problem to me 😂 What do you think?

Would you believe these were using (s) 😍 What’s one of your favorite types of unexpected/non-traditional design elements in homes? - faux or not - is one of my favorite types of tile. They add so much beauty and character to a space.
