Getting in the room matters.

The Porterhouse Property Group team had the opportunity to attend the KW Clear for takeoff event and learn from some incredible leaders in innovation, systems, and marketing. One of the biggest highlights of the day was hearing Lauren Lucas break down how agents can use AI to build smarter systems, not busier ones. So many practical takeaways that can immediately be applied to better serve clients and continue growing as a team.

The industry is evolving fast, and the teams willing to keep learning, adapting, and growing together will be the ones that continue to lead.

If you looked at homes here six months ago, forget what you saw. As we move through early 2026, the Plateau is seeing a massive inventory shift. We have hit over 130 active listings—a level of choice buyers have not had in years.
