Heavy equipment traffic from nearby work left this yard torn up with deep ruts. We got it leveled back out, fixed the drainage, and seeded it so it’ll bounce back.

If your driveway is looking rough right now, don’t assume you need more gravel.

A lot of what we’re seeing this time of year is:
• Packed down from winter
• Ruts from traffic
• Gravel pushed off to the sides

That’s where regrading comes in 👊
We can usually fluff it up, pull everything back in, and smooth it out without adding rock.

But when adding rock does make sense:
• Your base is getting too thin
• You’re starting to see mud or soft spots
• Washouts keep coming back
• You want better drainage and longer-lasting results

Adding fresh gravel helps build your base back up, improve traction, and hold everything in place longer.

Every driveway’s a little different—so we’ll always give you an honest recommendation on what actually makes sense 👍

Wrapped up regrading around a leech field today. Getting the slope right is key to keeping the system draining evenly and preventing pooling or pressure on the lines.

We also added rip rap around the pond edge to stop erosion before winter hits. Getting the ground shaped correctly now can save a lot of trouble once everything freezes and spring runoff shows up.
