Last week and over the past month I’ve had a very grateful opportunity of helping a growing family make a move to a bigger space that felt more comfortable for them. We were able to negotiate a lot of items to make selling their first house and buying their second house as seamless as possible. We negotiated a price concession for upgrades on their new home and a 10 day post closing occupancy to allow them enough time to move all of their stuff from their old house into their new one.

Everything went off without a hitch and that’s a huge testament to my teammates on making it all possible. What an amazing feeling!!

We just spent the last six weeks with these lovely humans. My company offers a very comprehensive training program relearning the ins and outs of real estate and how to cultivate more relationships, continue helping clients achieve home ownership with ease and have a good time doing it.
