I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to real estate because I’ve experienced it from every angle. As a Realtor, I guide clients through buying, selling, and investing. My insight goes far beyond transactions.
For the past 13 years as a landlord, I’ve been hands-on with property management, tenant relations, maintenance challenges, and long-term investment strategy. I understand what makes a property not just livable, but sustainable and profitable.
My role on the board at the Erie Land Bank has given me a deeper understanding of community development, revitalization efforts, and the impact housing has on neighborhoods. I don’t just see properties, I see potential, growth, and the bigger picture of how real estate shapes our community.
What truly sets me apart, though, is my personal journey. I’ve lived in housing myself, and as a single mother, I understand firsthand the importance of stability, affordability, and finding a place to truly call home. I know what it feels like to need someone who listens, advocates, and genuinely cares.
Because of that, I don’t just work in real estate... I approach it with empathy, experience, and a commitment to helping others build security and opportunity through housing.
