After I was digging up hostas yesterday, I sat at the closing table with this lovely couple as they purchased their very first home. ❤️

In a market where competition can be fierce, they beat out 20 other offers and managed to make it to the closing table with a smooth transaction. They were one of the strongest first time home buyers I’ve dealt with. I’m so proud of them for all their hard work!

This home was absolutely immaculate. You could tell how much the seller loved and cared for it over the years. Now it's time for a new chapter, and I have no doubt these new homeowners will love it just as much.

Sometimes being a realtor has nothing to do with houses. A lot of it is networking, building relationships, and being involved in the community. One way I do that is through groups like the Corry Garden Club.

Recently, I received a call from an elderly woman who could no longer care for her hostas and wondered if the garden club could use them for our annual plant sale. So today, with the help of my wonderful husband, we dug them up—while somehow managing to break TWO shovels (they were old) in the process! 😂

She was incredibly thankful and even offered to replace the shovels, but we told her the hostas were payment enough and would help support the garden club.

If you'd like to give these hostas a new home, stop by the Corry Garden Club Plant Sale on June 6th from 8 AM–11 AM at the St. Thomas parking lot. 🌿

Grateful today for the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and the freedoms we enjoy every day. ❤️🤍💙

We spent Memorial Day soaking up the sunshine with family while the kids and their cousins had the best time playing on the bounce house water slide all afternoon. It was one of those simple, beautiful days you never want to forget. ☀️🇺🇸
