Deonte Cooley has been practicing real estate since January of 2022 and prides himself in offering quality customer service to his clients. He is willing to go above and beyond to meet his client's expectations and needs. Deonte was awarded Erie’s Black Wall Street Realtor of the year at their first annual Greenlight Gala Awards in February of 2023. He would be thrilled to use his ties to the Erie area to be your agent and assist you with all your real estate needs.
Deonte was born and raised in Erie, Pa where he graduated from Central High School. He went on to receive his Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Clarion University of Pa. Upon completing his degree, he returned to the Erie area and worked as a Drug and Alcohol counselor for most of his career before transitioning into real estate. While in this role, Deonte was able to establish relationships with community organizations to advocate for individuals in need of resources and support.
Deonte is known to be an advocate throughout the Erie community. In addition to being an outstanding real estate agent, Deonte holds a position as the coordinator of service and justice at Mercyhurst University. He is currently serving as a member of the board of directors for the Erie DAWN non-profit organization. Deonte was a recipient of the Community Inspiration award in June of 2023 honored by the, HIS power non-profit organization for his outstanding efforts, services, and advocacy within the Erie community. Deonte prides himself on his ability to work with people to make life-enhancing connections that can offer them a better quality of life. He passionately serves the Erie community with knowledge, expertise, connections, and commitment.
