I’m looking to hire part time general laborers and I need to hire someone who can replace me. First And foremost this is going to be someone who is respectful. Someone who can drive, someone who can back a large trailer up in tight spaces, someone who can go to the dump, someone that’s willing to learn at all times, someone that is experienced in junk removal, someone that can do landscaping the correct way, someone who can run a crew, as well as go to pick up mulch/order materials as needed, someone who is professional, someone who can talk to customers, someone who can actually quote jobs, someone who has a good attitude everyday, someone who can move, someone who’s is a handyman, someone who can do quick on the fly math, someone who can take calls all day while doing the rest of these things, someone who works extremely hard and fast efficiently. this is just the start to the qualification I’m looking for but also someone who is grateful for the good pay. Full disclosure this is a sporadic job some days are full packed and sometimes it’s a few days off with potentially no days off in the future.
