Eight years ago, my seller, a first-time homebuyer, bought this little Berthoud home because she could see its potential. 🏡

She loved the location too. Close to the charm of downtown Berthoud, but convenient when she needed to head north or south. It gave her that small-town feel without feeling disconnected from everything else.
