55 Plus Community (please note association rules). This home has a back porch just off the master bedroom, an enclosed front porch, two generous parking spaces, storage shed, and landscaped yard just off of the kitchen. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2023 which includes new cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, countertops and sink. LVP continues into dining area, living room and hallway. Family member believes that the roof on the south side of the house was replaced about 4-5 years ago. The carpet is in poor condition in the two bedrooms, hall bath floor seems soft near the tub.
