📢🫶🏼 Caroline and Ryan bought a house today! 🥳These two local healthcare heroes reached out several months ago, and from our very first conversation, working with them felt like spending time with old friends. They’re kind, they’re funny, and they deserve every bit of happiness coming their way!

Caroline and Ryan spend so much of their lives showing up for others, caring for people, and making a difference. What a privilege it has been to have the opportunity to do just that for them. 🏡 New homeowner, future nurse, and a car that needed a little jump-start along the way! ❤️

Some transactions just have a little bit of everything, and Olivia’s was one of them!

While juggling nursing school, Olivia managed to accomplish something pretty incredible — purchasing her very first home! And somewhere between showings, paperwork, and getting to the closing table, I even got to add roadside assistance to my résumé. 😂🔋

But my favorite part of this story happened when Olivia got her keys.

The previous owner had thoughtfully left behind handwritten notes and a plant to welcome her home. 🪴

Such a small gesture, but one that says so much.

For one family, this house holds a lifetime of memories and a chapter coming to a close. For Olivia, it’s a blank page, waiting to be filled with her own milestones, memories, and moments that will someday make it hard to say goodbye.
