1. Holiday Hours- Our office is closing at 3pm on 12/30/22 and will remain closed through 1/2/23. Our normal office hours will resume on 1/3/23.

2. Power Outages - First Energy has notified us that power outages are expected during the storm. In the event you lose power and pay your own electric bill please notify Penelec directly.

3. Internet / Cable TV - Spectrum, Verizon and Other telecom providers have notified us that they anticipate outages. In the event of an outage please call your provider directly. https://www.firstenergycorp.com/.../Report_Power_Outages...

4. Snow Removal - Be safe! When we get large amounts of snow in a short period it may delay vendor arrival. Additionally, please do not walk up to a snowplow as it is extremely dangerous.

5. Heat- If you are traveling for the holidays, do not turn your heat off. We are expecting extremely cold temperatures. Keeping the water lines warm in your home is imperative.

6. Keys/Lockouts - During the Holiday weekend lockouts will be billed at $150 per instance. Please keep track of your keys.

7. Emergency Maintenance - During the storm and Holiday, our facility team will only be responding to true emergencies such as no heat and floods. If you have an emergency, please call 814.622.1121 and follow the prompts. DO NOT EMAIL IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY IT MUST BE CALLED IN.

Other Emergencies If you need an ambulance, police or fire departments please call 911.

NOTE - Clogged toilets and drains are tenant responsibility. Please have your plunger ready. And do not put things down drains other than water and toilet paper!
