Please read- because I may need some help!! Here is the Story:

My clients are selling their current home and shopping for a new one. 🏡➡️🏡

We thought we might have a little bit of time before this one gets offers and goes under contract.... NOPE!!!

Friday- 1st day we opened for showings we had 2 very strong offers! We allowed showings over the weekend and it was PACKED with showings!
Monday evening we decided to close showings and pick one of multiple offers - By Tuesday we were UNDER CONTRACT! 🎊

Now we are on the HOUSE HUNT to find their New Home 🏡

Its not like we are being too picky there's just NO LISTINGS

📅 Saturday, May 2, 2026
⏰ 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
📍 Municipal Garage Complex, 1926 Holland St.

Drive through to drop off tires and electronics for safe disposal. Residents only; photo ID required.

Tire Recycling: Up to six tires per vehicle; passenger and light truck tires only; no rims.

Electronics Recycling: TVs, computers, monitors, printers, keyboards, mice, speakers, and e-readers.

Construction debris and hazardous materials will not be accepted.

I just happened to be in the area so i offered to show this property for a coworker. Their buyer wasn't interested.

So I go to pick up my daughters phone from being fixed and I'm telling the owner about this property. He says he wants to see it. its in decent shape, new roof and chimney, and great price of 30k!

He ends up making an offer! and you know I have to write it competitive because there's 4 other offers. So we say all cash - a little above asking price, no inspections, and we can close in a week. Boom we win the house!

and it happens just like that!

This was a "For Sale by owner" - Probably one of the best sellers I've ever encountered! 👥️🏡

My buyers truly got so lucky with everything this home has to offer! I mean you couldn't find a more cared for home! its basically brand new. ✨️

I know if the sellers would have hired an agent to represent them, it would have had multiple offers way above asking price and sold super quick. but the stars aligned for my clients and it was meant to be just for them! 💫🌌

We had about a week to negotiate and "think" about it. Which is super rare in this market. We also negotiated the price down by over 15k! which is like unheard of!💸

We asked sellers for a 15ft new white vinyl privacy fence to get installed, and it came with over 15k of new and nice furniture!! yes fully and newly furnished! WHAT! 🛋

Its so amazing to see when these things happen and to put this together for my clients!
