One of our recent turnovers!
This job consisted of spackling in just about every room, painting all of the walls, trim, doors and baseboards...we've replaced all of the light bubs for uniform lighting throughout the property, replaced all of the miniblinds, installed a new HVAC Filter and finished it all up with a light clean.

One turnover after the other...We freshened up this rental right off of 21st & South St with some new paint, changed out some burnt light bulbs, Installed a few 10 Year Lithium Ion Smoke Detectors and replaced the HVAC systems filter as well.

Another South Philly rental turnover in the books! This job consisted of a full wall color change from an off-white cream color to a relaxing grey. We also painted the whole first floor ceiling along with fix a good amount holes, cracks and some water damage throughout the property. We finished up this property with a deep detailed cleaning that also consisted of cleaning the inside and outside of all windows and also a power-wash of the roof-deck, third floor balcony/spiral staircase going up to the roof-deck, backyard, front of house brick wall, steps and sidewalk.

Check out these before & after pics of this beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Fishtown we recently completed turning-over for Penn Treaty Properties!
The work consisted of a small clean-out, prep / full paint, 3 mini-blinds installed, 2 multi-temperature LED light fixtures installed, fresh tub caulking and a detailed clean.
