Bauer Cares is proud to shine a spotlight on Linked by Pink, a local nonprofit making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.

Linked by Pink serves the Erie community as well as breast cancer patients living within a 45-mile radius of Erie. While the group was founded to help and support women who were diagnosed with breast cancer under the age of 45, all ages are welcome.

The organization provides emotional support through our monthly peer support meetings at the Erie Cancer Wellness Center along with a private online group and a co-survivor support group for family, especially for the partners of the survivors.
Linked by Pink provides financial support through various grants and scholarships.

In addition, they deliver comfort bags to those newly diagnosed in the Erie community. The bags include fuzzy socks, blankets, adult coloring books, chocolate, and gift cards.

Bauer Cares is honored to support Linked by Pink with a financial donation. Here are some ways you can help:

Financial donations
These donations will go back directly to local breast cancer patients and survivors through emotional support activities and financial support which includes grants and scholarships.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are given to members recovering from surgery, stage 4 members, as well as included in our comfort bags.

Comfort Bag Donations
Items included in our comfort bags are always greatly appreciated (blankets, fuzzy socks, lip balms, coloring books, chocolate, mints).

Their work is a powerful reminder that no one should have to face the journey alone. Through connection, support, education, and community, Linked by Pink helps bring hope and encouragement to those who need it most.

We encourage our community to take a moment to learn more about their mission, share their story, and consider how you can support the incredible work they do. Every donation, volunteer effort, and shared post can help make a difference.
