Absolutely! I wish I could make this years parade for the first time, but my sister is getting married 🥰 So excited to visit and see her, but I will miss the parade. Gotta lock it in for next year

Each June, we recognize Pride Month, which traces its roots to the 1969 Stonewall Uprising and the movement that followed in pursuit of equal rights, dignity, and acceptance for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Pride is a time to celebrate the contributions, resilience, and diversity of people in our communities while reflecting on the progress that has been made and the work that continues. And there’s still so much work to be done. 

As someone who is passionate about community, I believe everyone deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and at home. Our neighborhoods are stronger because of the unique people who live, work, and contribute to them every day.
