🏡 HOME BUYING MYTH vs. FACT

❌ Myth: You need a 20% down payment to buy a home.

✅ Fact: That's not always true.

There are loan programs available that require far less than 20% down, and some buyers may even qualify for down payment assistance that can bring their out-of-pocket down payment at closing close to $0 (for qualified buyers).

💬 Just yesterday, I sat down with one of my trusted local lenders to review today's loan options. We talked through several financing programs, including down payment assistance, and it reminded me how many people are missing out simply because they're working with outdated information.
