🎶🌞 Happy Monday, everyone!

I’m in Lansing today for a meeting at Michigan Realtors®, so I won’t be posting the full weekly event schedule until tomorrow. But there are still a couple of great events happening today because Music Mondays and Gladstone Farmers Market entertainment are officially back! 🎉

🎤 Cover Girls will be performing from 3:00 to 6:00PM at Gladstone's Market Square.

🎸 Then at 7:00PM, head over to Ludington Park for Music Monday and enjoy a performance by The Lark Brothers! Grab dinner from the fantastic food vendors, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy a great evening along the waterfront. 🍔🥪🥤☀️

🚎 Had a fantastic time at last night’s Delta County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours! It was great catching up with familiar faces, making new connections, and enjoying a fun evening with our local business community. 👏🏻

A big thank you to the sponsors who helped make the event happen, including Delta Area Transit Authority, Escanaba Daily Press, Pikes Distributors, and Menominee-Delta-Schoolcraft Community Action Agency. Also, a special shoutout to Bobaloon's Cafe for putting together some absolutely incredible charcuterie boards. 🧀🥨 They looked amazing and tasted even better!

To top the night off, I even got lucky and won one of the Community Action charity bucket raffles. 🎟️ Always great seeing businesses come together to support good causes while creating opportunities to network and connect.

Delta County’s real estate market is still leaning in favor of sellers… even as inventory continues to rise. 📈🏡
