Yes, I help my clients/friends buy and sell homes, but it is more than that. As a mom of five, I am a nurturer and that is something that us Realtors do, too. I consider it an honor when a friend, family member, or client refers me to someone they know. I have been a Realtor for over 7 years and have been a top producer for at least five of those years. I don't specialize as a buying or selling agent rather I specialize in being an excellent agent, here to serve the needs of my cient. I have sold and listed properties all over North County from Escondido, Valley Center, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Poway and as far as Rancho Sant Fe, San Diego, and Chula Vista. One of my associates told me I should concentrate on my data base and refer out the "small" first time buyers. My response: "NEVER!" I love working with first time buyers! There is nothing like giving them the key to their very first home!
