Congratulations to Antonio to achieving a dream at such a young age! 🔥🏡

We met Antonio at one of our networking events last May 2023 that’s where he also met Izzy and they got connected, preapproved and within the next day we submitted an offer on a condo and we got the deal!

Congratulations!! Honestly can say were some of the coolest clients I’ve had the chance to help achieve their homeownership dream.
I met David and Tabitha at the street fair in May 2022 and they asked for some information regarding what it takes to buy a home. I confirmed what they had already known and continued to save up money for the purchase.
Fast forward several months later, they called me back up and we started their home search.

We had talked about investing into a property previously with & then sure enough, the opportunity came calling 📞 (kinda of funny how’s things manifest)

Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous at first during the conversation because I wasn’t sure how we were going to approach it, where the money was going to come from, or how long it would take. But had faith in our team, in our ability and our intuition.

So we secured the deal, started the process, took care of demolition, hired out the contractor, bought materials, and thanks to the most high, everything was moved in a timely manner.

Long story short, we finally got finished, took pictures/video and now FINALLY ready to showcase.
