We are looking for someone to help us continue to deliver and expand on this high level of service. In return we offer a flexible schedule, a fun and supportive work environment and the opportunity for growth with future company expansion.

This Position:

· 20-30 hours

· Flexible schedule Monday – Friday

· Main location is an apartment building in Essex

· Some on-call required (very inactive after hours requests)

· Work vehicle provided with future growth and expansion

· Compensation starting at $20/hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

· General maintenance around apartment building and in tenant units

· Light landscaping and snow removal

· Day to day upkeep and light cleaning of apartment building

· Building maintenance and planned monthly maintenance

· Picking up supplies when needed

· Apartment turnover

· Scheduling maintenance requests with tenants

Necessary Skills:

· Overall maintenance knowledge and previous experience

· Comfortable working with provided tools

· Appliance repair and or mechanical experience a must

· Basic electric

· Basic plumbing

· Basic carpentry

· Basic painting

· Basic computer skills (email and internet usage)

· Basic landscaping (lawn mowing, shrub trimming, leaf cleanup, etc.)

· Basic snow removal (shoveling, salting and snow blowing)

· Must have a positive, upbeat attitude and work well with others

· Ok with working mostly independent, but also in a team environment at times

· Friendly, approachable and sociable

· Effective at communicating with others

· Good analytical/critical thinking

· Comfortable ordering replacement parts/items and sometimes picking those items up locally
