"This is the third time our family has worked with Rebecca and I cannot sing her praises enough! She helped me buy a piece of property 6 years ago. Not a big money transaction, but she devoted herself to finding the right place for me, got me a viewing before the property was officially listed, and gave me advice on my bid so that I beat out the competition. She recently helped me sell a house with lots of recommendations to make the house competitive, even though it was on a road badly damaged by a flood. We nonetheless got 4 over list price offers in the first weekend, and she detailed the pluses and minuses of each offer. This week she helped my son close on a condo. They looked at it and placed an effective bid the first day it was listed. Again, she gave excellent advice on how to make the bid the most attractive. She moves fast but you never feel rushed.
