We are pleased to share a reminder that both CATIC and CATIC Title are now Fannie Mae Approved Title Insurance Underwriters for Multifamily transactions! This was confirmed on Fannie Mae’s Form 4650A – Schedule of Approved Title Insurance Underwriters, most recently updated this past December.

This selective designation authorizes CATIC and CATIC Title to perform Funding Functions as defined in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Guide and allows our agents to issue CATIC or CATIC title policies to Lenders on Fannie Mae Multifamily transactions.
