What started as a property with a $200,000 value — and potential for a short sale. Me and my team turned it into a successful sale with a complete transformation.

I stepped up, identified what actually needed to be done to maximize value, and executed — from a full clean out and demolition, to the interior and exterior updates and finishes, to market preparation. Every decision was made with resale in mind.

In this case, I invested over $21,000 to bring the property to market the right way — with no labor charged on my end and no interest incurred to the sellers.
