When choosing a paint color, pick the feeling you want that space to create, then go from there. Colors have more of an effect on a room and how it feels than most people actually know.

A warm color can make a room feel smaller than it actually is, while a cool color can do the opposite. A cool color can make you feel tired, while a warm color can do the opposite.

Random video but this is your sign to just do it. What is IT? That will be different for everyone. What’s something you’ve been wanting to do? Don’t wait for perfect conditions to do what you think your purpose is in life. You don’t need perfect conditions, or to be perfect, just start. You don’t NEED 20% down to buy a house. This myth is why a lot of people stay renting longer than they need to. FHA loans are 3.5% down with 580+ credit score. If you’re a Veteran you may be eligible for a VA loan and 0% down. There’s also down payment assistance programs. The real problem isn’t the down payment.
