Real estate question of the day:

What’s one thing people underestimate most about buying or selling a home?

For me, it’s communication and timing.

There are so many moving parts behind the scenes:
• Scheduling
• Inspections
• Negotiations
• Paperwork
• Deadlines

Most transactions require constant follow-up and problem solving.

This is why I do what I do! I love helping sellers.
This is a story I see happen often in real estate.

The seller originally tried selling the property FSBO (For Sale By Owner). Like many homeowners, they wanted to see if they could handle the process themselves first.

But after dealing with the time, communication, scheduling, and everything that comes with selling a home, they decided they needed support.

We signed the listing agreement:
Listed: April 10
Pending: May 5
Closed: May 19

And it closed with a cash offer.

Sometimes it’s not about whether someone CAN sell on their own…
It’s whether they WANT to manage everything involved.
