Excited for a smooth closing today on a great property in Cape Coral, FL. I'm most excited though for my seller - she called me last Thursday really nervous about a potential (imminent) tax auction looming. I sprung into action and met with her to understand how I could help.

We closed on the property only 7 days later - at the price she wanted, while also covering thousands in back taxes, utility and code enforcement penalties, and lifting this burden off her shoulders. After the closing, I took her out for coffee and shopping for some food she needed while discussing her plans.

The property is certainly the main component of a successful transaction, but solving these challenges and helping my sellers out of a tough spot are the most rewarding parts of what I do.
