When I first spoke with Nick and Toni, they told me they had been dreaming of a FL home for years! What started as a search pre-Covid, to putting in offers on multiple homes and never getting any traction, they paused their search.

Once they were ready to enter back into the market is when we connected. I virtually showed them properties in Burnt Store Marina, walked them through ownership of SFH vs condo living and got them under contract within a week of chatting.
