Day in the Life of a Southwest Florida Realtor

Today I’m in beautiful Bonita Springs checking out a condo for a buyer before we make an offer.
This is the part most people never see. I’m not just looking at the view or the finishes. I’m checking the electrical panel, AC age, mechanicals, overall condition, and anything that could affect value, repairs, insurance, or negotiations.
Pretty photos are one thing. Knowing what you’re actually buying is another.
This is especially important for relocation buyers, out-of-town buyers, and busy clients who need someone local they can trust to be their boots on the ground.

The part you don’t see is that I had been working with these clients for nearly 3 years to help them find their perfect home in Country Creek.

Once we found it and got it under contract, it was time to sell the home they had owned for over 10 years.

We listed it, marketed it properly, and got it under contract quickly—even in this market.

Now they’re moving into their next chapter.

Three homes under contract in one day.

Two were buyer clients of mine in Country Creek — one in the Estates and one in the Villages — and one of my listings in Estero went under contract the same day.

Even though the market has shifted and inventory has increased, serious buyers are still active when homes are priced correctly and positioned well.
