1-acre+ existing value-add/core+/core MTNL asset under $5Mil being offered/available at least 5%+ asking cap rates with a strong fuel or ecommerce-enhanced/food type anchor use on a hard corner within 10 miles of Cerritos, CA.
~$2Mil investment grade QSR in TN, SC, NC, GA, or FL in a strong position. (Not Wendy’s or similar weak operation)
DATA CENTER sites with access to nuclear power or other ample 10+MWatt power and water/cooling sources without waiting for approvals or power plant completion beyond 12-18 months.
