Inspiring Others to Live Their Dream in Estes Park Colorado Alison and her husband moved to Estes Park in the summer of 2008 from Long Island, New York.

They moved pretty much on a whim, having never visited Estes Park before and leaving their kids in college on the East Coast. Moving to the Rocky Mountains was a life-changing experience and they have never regretted leaving the fast-paced life of New York. Alison began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator in 2011. She got her license in 2016 and worked for a small independent real estate company before joining eXp Realty in 2020. In 2024 she began The Inspired Living Group under the eXp Realty brand with her daughter, Nicole. Alison currently serves as CAR Director on the Estes Valley Board of REALTORS® and as a member of the Professional Standards Committee. She is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and holds the At Home With Diversity designation. Alison was named the 2022 Realtor of the Year.

A great way to celebrate National Homeownership Month is to support local nonprofits that are active in your community. Seek out organizations who assist with addressing housing needs (for example: addressing housing insecurity, housing in times of crisis, assistance with utility bills or rental assistance, assistance with building homes, working with families to gain fair and equitable access to housing, etc.).
