Our custom built home, Mary’s Lake Aspen Home, is a new build vacation home with LEED certified specifications, also uniquely designed with vacation home renters in mind. ke. This vacation home has been designed to accommodate your every vacation need. They are the perfect setting for honeymoons, weddings, family reunions and other special occasions. Relax outside in comfort on the large covered deck or inside in the large Great Room to enjoy the amazing breathtaking panoramic mountain views and wildlife that frequent the adjoining meadow. We can accommodate two additional infants that could sleep in the provided Pack n’Plays. Mary’s Lake Aspen Home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and a full laundry room with washer & dryer. It provides ample space for a large family or even two families vacationing together. The unique design features two Master King bedrooms, 1 King bedroom and a Twin bedroom with 2 XL-Twins. There is central air conditioning. In addition to 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this home has a full laundry room with washer & dryer. The unique design features two Master King Bedrooms, 1 King Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom that has 2 XL-twin beds. This home has a 2-zone heating and cooling system to customize upper and lower temperatures. In addition to central air conditioning, we have installed ceiling fans in each room. WIFI throughout, Hulu Live TV, HD TVs in all Bedrooms, Great Room, and Game Room. USB outlets in Kitchen and all bedrooms and a game room with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The Game Room is equipped with a game table, bean bag chairs and a game/movie cabinet. We are kid friendly and provide a Pack-n-Play with linens, baby gate, child booster seats and a high chair that are available for your use during your stay. We also have additional Pack-n-Plays that are available upon request. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets

All appliances are energy efficient and building materials, such as the main level bamboo flooring, carpet fibers, and composite decking, are from renewable sources.

Rocky Mountain National Park's timed-entry reservations run from May 22, 2026, to October 13, 2026. Here are some important dates you need to know to plan your visit this summer to Rocky Mountain National Park

For those of you new to making reservations, note that the Bear Lake Rd trails will require its own reservation. Options are (1) Bear Lake + the Main park or (2) Main park with no Bear Lake Rd access.

May 1: Reservations to enter from May 22 through June 30.

June 1: Reservations for July and any remaining days in June.

July 1: Reservations for August and any remaining days in July.

August 1: Reservations for September and any remaining days in August.

September 1: Reservations for October and any remaining days in September.
