Closed on this gorgeous home. My clients knew exactly what they wanted. We went to see this home as it came on the market and put in an offer, at list price and went pending shortly thereafter. In a gorgeous community and an easy breezy commute for them to work. I am excited for their new chapter and the lovely walks they will have with Gungi!

Fun details were discovered in a showing today

I was very honored to have been a part of Alder House in the beginning. I was one of the agents who got to help get one of the units remodeled and decorated for the kiddos, Unit 5!

I heard some of the stories of the children who were able to move into Alder House. It is a much-needed home. We need more of these types of places where the unhoused youth can feel safe and restart their lives knowing that they aren't alone and that they do have a community that cares about them.

I will be at Delta's Car Wash (3015 N. Delta Hwy) on May 21, 2023. So come out and say hello, get a car wash on that day and know that 100% from all automatic washes, self-serve & donations at the Delta Car Wash will go towards the success of rehabilitating and reengaging homeless youth in our community.
