***2022 Housing Market Forecast***

Short version - Mortgage rates increasing, home value increasing. Buy now before the rates push you out of your budget!

Hello everyone! While mortgage rates are historically low, they are projected to increase this year. Home prices are also projected to steadily increase throughout the year. Home sales are also projected to increase with home pricing.

If you're on the fence about buying a home, now is the time to do it. You're $350,000 wont buy the same house now as it will at the end of the year. No reason to be paying someone else's mortgage.

4 simple things.... you don't want to do!

1. Get pre-approved so you know your price range. Not sure where to start? I can point you in the right direction to get approval.

2. Lowballing is a thing of the past in this market. Sometimes its hard to decide what to offer on a house, luckily that's something I can do for you!

3. I know that Corvette looks nice, but maaaaybe wait until after you close the home before getting your dream machine.

4. This is important! Closing costs can very, usually between 2%-5% depending on the loan, property, and any additional services required during the purchase.
