Earlier this week (on my anniversary actually ❤️) I had two buyer appointments with Kaitlin Ward at Summit Funding… and we got two pre-approvals in one day 🙌

That means two families are now one step closer to buying their first home 🔑

One thing I’m very intentional about is where I send my clients. Sometimes people are told “no” by one bank, but that doesn’t always mean the answer is no. Sometimes it just takes the right lender taking a closer look.
Seeing families get that approval call is honestly one of the best parts of this job ❤️
