At the time of listing, homes were on the market for almost 2 months before they sold and full of competition for sellers. I worked alongside my seller (and dear neighbor) and their close friends to make ensure their home of 18 years was ready for the market. All of our hard work paid of too, because in under 2 WEEKS, we had a buyer! We were able to secure a smooth and seamless transaction and even closed a week early! Congratulations to my dear seller! I'm so happy for my sweet, 55+ seller, we just went PENDING on her home!

I worked tirelessly to help her get her home ready for sale. After living here for 18 years, she had a lot of memories to go through. We held an estate sale, donated many things, replaced the flooring, painted the entire interior, had some major landscaping done, installed new toilets, dishwasher and countertops, and had the whole home professionally cleaned. It was a large undertaking, but it paid off in the end!
