Angela Cherbas Real Estate

Angela Cherbas Real Estate Born and raised in the Eugene area, I know a little or A LOT about Lane County and life in the Pacific Northwest. I have never looked back. No two are alike.

Lane County is centrally located to all things fun, and adventure filled. Located one hour east of the coast, approximately two hours west of the mountains and that equal distance south of the City of Portland. Living here never leaves you wondering “What’s there to do?” rather “How much time do I have?” However, with that being said, you can simply take a jaunt out the front door and find yourse

lf on a great hike at Mt. Pisgah, buying fresh locally grown produce from the Farmers’ Market or dining at one of the many local hot spots. To live here is to love life and I am here to tell you about the area and help guide you in all things local. I have been in the real estate industry since 2006 starting with Windermere Real Estate/Lane County as their Marketing & PR Manager. I worked here locally until I decided to relocate to Seattle, Washington where I continued working for Windermere Real Estate but at the Services level in downtown Seattle. In 2012, I came back home where I quickly decided to jump into real estate sales. I am passionate about people and helping others. Real estate was the perfect fit! Real estate is a unique industry in that every relationship and transaction stands on its own. The constant flux and change drives me professionally. I value staying up to date on local, regional and national housing trends so I can be the expert that helps support and guide the decision making of my clients. We have all heard the saying, “Communication is Key!”, well that is never truer than in real estate where there are so many parties involved in making the transaction successful. Whether it’s updating a lender, title & escrow or the cooperating broker, timely, thorough and friendly communication I believe to be paramount in achieving the goals of everyone involved. For me the actual transacting of real estate is only the beginning of my client relationship. It’s my goal to be your lifelong, trusted advisor that you will look to as a resource for all things home. Whether you need a recommendation or referral for electrical services, gardening or want up to date market insight I will be there every step of the way. If you have questions or would like to sit down over a cup of coffee or tea, give me a call. I would love the opportunity to help you!
