Here's why it's important to clean your gutters regularly! This was about 3 lbs. of roofing granules and other debris. Just in one of the runs.

Before and after photo's of a remodel we just finished. We converted a utility room into a full bath and laundry room after raising the floor to the level of the main living area. The front bed room was not permitted, but is now! So essentially we took a 2 bedroom 1 bath home and created a 3 bedroom 2 bath with laundry room. Increase in equity around 80k.! Super excited for our client!

The importance of hiring knowledgeable contractors. The photos show what happens when the siding installers do not know what they are doing! (ie; No window flashing, no tape at building paper seams and razor knife cuts allowing water to the framing below.).....and with no oversight this is the problem passed on to my clients.
