✨ SOLD | Representing the Buyers ✨
God is so good.
My buyers had been searching for YEARS, waiting for the home that they both looked at and said, "This is the one."
When this gorgeous Shelter Cove home hit the market, it had been listed for less than 24 hours and was already under contract with another buyer. Most people would have walked away, but we knew this home was worth fighting for.
We put together a strong backup offer.
This is why I always tell my buyers: If a home feels right, don't be afraid to submit a backup offer. Real estate transactions can change at any moment, for any reason. Until the keys are in hand, nothing is guaranteed.
After praying together, we released it to God and trusted His timing. I stayed in close communication with the listing agent while the original transaction moved forward... until it didn't.
Then I received the call.
Our backup offer was moving into first position.
From that moment, we shifted into full diligence mode. Because I have trusted relationships with inspectors, contractors, lenders, and other professionals, we were able to move quickly without sacrificing thoroughness. Every step was handled with urgency, integrity, and my clients' best interests at the center.
The inspections confirmed what we already believed, this truly was the home.
In just two weeks, we successfully closed the transaction. We negotiated a fair price, protected my buyers throughout the process, and every party walked away with a win.
This is exactly why who you hire matters. You need a broker who knows how to navigate challenges, communicate effectively, build relationships, negotiate strategically, and move quickly when opportunities arise.
Most importantly, this journey was covered in prayer from beginning to end. God's guidance, favor, and protection were evident every step of the way, and I am so grateful to have been part of this incredible story.
Congratulations to my amazing buyers! Welcome home.
