I’m leaving the country tomorrow (a week in Barcelona with my husband and no kids 😍) and I planted a St Joseph at my listing that’s been too quiet for my liking. This means I’ll get some action as soon as I step on the plane, right? Here’s hoping!

Bring me an offer! This house is too pretty to not have a new owner. And my new passport is going to need more stamps 😆😆😆

Some of us moms got together to celebrate the first day of school today at our Premiere Property Group office in Eugene. Dropped the kids off, grabbed a mimosa and breathed a sigh of relief as we were able to have multiple adult conversations without a child interrupting us.

We love those kids of ours… but we love being an adult too. Back to having a routine!!

Now who wants to go to lunch!? I’m available!!!
