What an interesting and amazing day so far. I listed a client’s home in Eugene this morning, and by the afternoon I’m negotiating with the seller to list this home here in Costa Rica🤩 Hard work travels💪🏻

This transaction has been bittersweet. My client, Bonnie, and I had several meaningful discussions about life, love, and loss throughout the selling process. While I'm happy to have helped her get a sale above the list price and excited for her move to Arizona, where she'll be closer to her sisters following the loss of her husband, I'll miss the built in excuses to call her. I'm confident the neighborhood children will also miss her warm presence, particularly the after-school treats she passed out on their way home from school. I guess it’s on to the next one.

When you are up until 1am on a Sunday working, it better be worth it. Luckily for my clients it was🥳🏡🤩 This home and property are perfect for them and their 4 awesome kids. I hope they are aware that I'll be bringing my kids out to play with their future goats😂

Excited to finally be bringing this amazing home onto the market. This is one of the most quiet and tranquil areas I've ever listed a home in. From the first time I came out to this property I was greeted with smiles and waves from everyone I passed on Chezem Rd. Neighbors even stopped to see why a guy in a suit was climbing the fence when the power was out to the gate😅 Nothing to see here🫣
