Two closings… and honestly, one of the most challenging transactions I’ve had the privilege to be part of.
Real estate is such a broad term… but what it actually takes behind the scenes is anything but simple.
We’re talking easements, land use compliance, attorneys, legal complexities, multiple parties, negotiations, Department of Forestry requirements, wells, septic systems, and that’s just scratching the surface.
These weren’t easy deals. They required patience, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of complex rural property dynamics. The kind of transactions that truly test every part of what you do.
But they’re also the kind that remind me why I do this.
I’m incredibly grateful for the team of professionals who helped make this happen, including the listing agent on the other side, who was great to work with through it all. Deals like this don’t come together without strong collaboration.
And most importantly…. thank you to my clients and now life long friends whether they think so or not 😆
You had choices. A lot of them. And you trusted me to guide you through something that wasn’t always easy.
