SALE PENDING! 🏡 It’s been a whirlwind of a week!!

Last Wednesday, my new client found out she was being transferred here to Eugene, Oregon from Oklahoma effective immediately. She called RE/MAX Integrity that same day, and we started talking through what she was looking for in a home and how quickly we needed to make a move.

She flew to town last Friday when we met, and we proceeded to spend the weekend together touring different areas of town and seeing what options might be the best fit for her situation.

By Monday morning, she found this cute little place and just knew it was the one! She got preapproved by Wednesday, we submitted an offer that same day, and on Thursday her offer was accepted!!

So within one week we connected, narrowed down her wants and wishes, made a game plan, explored different neighborhoods, toured several homes for comparison, and then when it was go time, we got her under contract! A lot can happen in one week!!🏡
